What you will work on
You will design interfaces for e-Khonish and our GIS web services, from user research to developer-ready mockups. The work is fully remote, with regular team calls.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows and interfaces for teachers, students and administrators
- Produce mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Evolve the shared design system for the website and admin panel
- Run user interviews and usability tests
- Hand designs over to developers and review the implementation
- Account for multiple languages and accessibility
Requirements
- Portfolio of web product or service interfaces
- Strong Figma skills: components, auto layout, variables
- Understanding of UX research and accessibility principles (WCAG)
- Experience working with design systems
- Able to explain design decisions and work with feedback
- Tajik or Russian; English is an advantage
