Terms of use

Version of 5 October 2026

1. General provisions

The jurat.tj website belongs to the Public Organisation “Jurat” (“Jurat”, “we”). These terms set out the rules for using the website. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website tells you about Jurat, our projects, partners, news and vacancies, and helps you get in touch with us. It is free to use and requires no registration.

3. Website materials

The texts, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to Jurat or are used with the permission of their rights holders, and are protected by the copyright legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Partners’ logos and names belong to the partners.

You may quote and retell the website’s materials for non-commercial purposes — in the media, academic work or social networks — naming Jurat as the source and linking to the website. Any other use, including commercial use, requires our written permission: write to info@jurat.tj.

4. Contact forms and job applications

By sending a form you confirm that:

  • the information about yourself is true;
  • you have not included other people’s personal data without their consent;
  • you are not sending advertising, spam, insults or materials that violate the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;
  • you are attaching your own CV and not malicious files.

We limit how often forms can be sent and may leave messages that break these rules unanswered. How we handle data from the forms is described in the Privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

5. Vacancies

A vacancy on the website is an invitation to apply, not an offer to conclude an employment contract. Jurat decides whom to invite for an interview and whom to hire. We try to reply to everyone, but when there are many applications we contact shortlisted candidates first.

6. What is not allowed

  • trying to access closed sections of the website or its management system;
  • disrupting the website, including overloading it with automated requests;
  • impersonating Jurat or our staff;
  • using the website for anything that violates the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to partner and project websites and to social networks. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or rules.

8. Liability

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will work without interruption. The information on the website is for general information only. Jurat is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website, except where expressly provided by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page, and its date is shown under the title.

11. Contacts

Send questions about these terms to info@jurat.tj or call +992 32 222 70 33.
