Privacy policy
Version of 5 October 2026
1. General provisions
This policy explains what personal data the Public Organisation “Jurat” (“Jurat”, “we”) receives through the jurat.tj website, why we need it, where and for how long it is stored, who can access it and what rights you have.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Personal Data Protection” and other legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The holder of the personal data you send through the website is the Public Organisation “Jurat”. Address: 2 H. Shodmonov St., Vomar village, Rushan District, GBAO, Republic of Tajikistan. Email: info@jurat.tj, phone: +992 32 222 70 33.
2. What data we receive
You can read the website without registering or telling us anything about yourself. We receive personal data only when you fill in and send a form yourself.
The “Write to us” form and partnership requests
- your name;
- your email address;
- your organisation and phone number, if you provide them;
- the text of your message.
Job applications and open applications
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, portfolio link and cover letter, if you provide them;
- your CV file (PDF, DOC or DOCX) and the information it contains.
Technical data
Together with a form we store the date it was sent and the IP address it was sent from; together with a job application we also store information about your browser. Like any web server, our server keeps technical request logs with IP addresses.
Please do not include information about your health, religious or political views or other especially sensitive data in forms and CVs: we do not need it to consider your request or application.
3. Why we use the data
- to answer your request and discuss a partnership;
- to consider your application and tell you the outcome of the selection;
- to protect our forms from spam, duplicate submissions and abuse;
- to keep the website running and secure.
We use the data for these purposes only. We do not show or send advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Legal basis: your consent
We process your data with your consent. You give it when you fill in a form and press the send button, as stated next to the button. The date the form was sent is stored and confirms when consent was given. You can withdraw your consent at any time — section 9 explains how.
5. Who can access the data
- Requests are seen by the Jurat staff who answer them; a copy of each request — your name, contacts and message — is sent to the organisation’s work email.
- Applications and CVs are seen by the staff who handle recruitment; a copy of each application, without the CV file, is sent to the HR email.
- The website, its database and email are hosted by a hosting provider. It stores the data under a contract with us as an operator and does not use it for its own purposes.
We do not sell your data or disclose it to anyone else, except where required by law, for example at the lawful request of a state authority.
6. Where the data is stored
The hosting provider’s servers may be located outside the Republic of Tajikistan. Storing data on such servers is a cross-border transfer of personal data, and by sending a form you consent to it as well. We choose providers that keep data reliably protected and do not transfer data abroad for any other purpose.
7. Cookies and third-party services
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. The website sets these cookies:
NEXT_LOCALE— the website language. Set when you open the website in a language other than your browser’s (for example, by switching the language) and deleted when you close the browser. Necessary.cc_cookie— a note that you have closed the cookie window. Kept for 6 months. Necessary.
The website has no visitor counters and no advertising.
Besides cookies, the website’s forms save a draft of what you type in your browser’s storage so that it is not lost if the page is closed by accident. The draft is not sent to the server until you send the form and is deleted after sending. A draft older than 7 days is not restored by the form and is erased the next time the form opens.
Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Telegram lead to third-party websites, whose own rules govern how they handle data.
8. How long we keep the data and how we protect it
We keep data, including its copies in our work email, while it is needed for the purpose for which it was received:
- requests — while the correspondence continues and no longer than three years after our last reply;
- applications and CVs — while recruitment is under way and no longer than one year after it ends;
- technical server logs — no longer than needed to keep the website secure.
When the period ends, the data is deleted. At your request we will delete it earlier unless the law requires us to keep it.
The website works over the secure HTTPS protocol. Requests and applications are stored in the website’s management system, which only staff with a personal account can access, each seeing only the sections they need for their work. Copies of requests and applications, without CV files, are sent to the organisation’s work email. CV files cannot be opened through a public link.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out whether we hold your data, what data, on what basis and for what purposes we process it, who can access it and how long it will be kept;
- have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted or its processing stopped;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
To do so, write to info@jurat.tj from the email address you used in the form, or call +992 32 222 70 33. We will provide information about your data free of charge within three working days of receiving your request. If you believe we have violated your rights, you may apply to the authorised state body for personal data protection or to a court.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when new forms appear on the website. The new version is published on this page, and its date is shown under the title.
