What you will work on
You will support education centres in Khatlon region: prepare programmes, train teachers and help them work with the e-Khonish platform.
Much of the time is spent in the districts, in classrooms and workshops, next to the people who use the platform every day.
Responsibilities
- Design programmes and lesson plans for the education centres
- Run training sessions for teachers on using e-Khonish and the electronic register
- Observe classes, give teachers feedback and help them improve their lessons
- Prepare and adapt interactive materials for the platform's library
- Gather teachers' feedback and pass it on to the development team
- Prepare monthly reports on the centres' work
Requirements
- Degree in education or teaching
- At least 3 years of teaching or curriculum development experience
- Confident with computers and online learning tools
- Able to run workshops for adult audiences
- Fluent Tajik and Russian; English is an advantage
- Willing to travel regularly across the region's districts
