Khorog State University is one of the leading scientific and educational centers of the Republic of Tajikistan, uniting the intellectual and academic potential of the region. The university plays a key role in training scientific and pedagogical personnel, advancing both the humanities and applied sciences, and fostering the spiritual and cultural foundation of the mountainous region.

Partnership with the university is based on advisory and educational cooperation. Under the existing memorandum of understanding between the “Jurat” NGO and Khorog State University, joint activities include educational, cultural, and awareness-raising events.

Special attention is given to involving university students and “Jurat” course participants in internships aimed at gaining practical skills and expanding professional horizons.
