On December 22, the “Jurat” organization held a strategic session that brought together top management from various regions across the country. The event was attended by staff from Dushanbe, the Districts of Republican Subordination, Khatlon, and GBAO.

The strategic session served as a key platform for reviewing the results of the passing year and defining the organization’s development vector for the upcoming period. Throughout the working day, participants analyzed achieved results, discussed areas for growth, and identified the primary challenges facing the organization.

Special attention was given to the strategic goals outlined by the organization’s founder. Based on these objectives, management teams formed priority projects, designated responsible officers, and developed roadmaps with specific stages and implementation timelines.
The session format was built on active engagement, featuring group work, discussions, and collaborative decision-making. This approach fostered a unified understanding of the organization’s goals and the role of each manager in achieving them.

Following the session, participants emerged with a clear action plan for the year ahead, assigned project responsibilities, and a shared vision for the further development of “Jurat.”
