NGO trainees Jurat” successfully completed their internship, immersing themselves in work together with their mentors and team. They experimented in a variety of roles: they created and modified websites, prototyped and tested AI services, automated reporting, populated and structured databases.
Every day was eventful: laughter and work, work and rest went hand in hand. Interns participated in trainings on soft skills, graphic design and social media positioning, attended team building events and learned new working methods.
What remains with them forever? A wealth of experience – skills, portfolio and understanding of how theory comes to life in practice; systems thinking – the ability to break tasks into steps, measure results and meet deadlines; team habits – competent communication with colleagues; self-confidence and the ability to bring tasks to fruition.
The mentors noted that during the internship, the participants grew into independent professionals who know how to make decisions and look for wayssolve problems and bring projects to completion.
The interns left their mark on the projects and the team, absorbing experience and skills that will become the basis of their future path. Their energy, courage and desire to act have proven: new professionals are already here, and they are ready to change reality with their own hands.
