ABOUT US
Welcome to “Jurat“, a public organization founded in 2016 by a group of passionate young activists in one of the mountainous villages of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAR). Our story is one of hope, faith, and perseverance.
It all began with a simple vision: to provide children and youth with access to knowledge that could transform their future. That vision marked the start of an extraordinary journey.
Theearly steps were challenging, but our team believed that knowledge could overcome any obstacle. “Jurat” became the first organization organization to bring educational courses directly to remote communities. We organized classes in schools, recruited qualified teachers, and launched programs to assist students obtain scholarships and grants for study abroad. In the beginning, our initiative covered 50 schools and engaged 50 teachers. Since then, we have travelled a long and inspiring path. In 2021, after re-registration, “Jurat” achieved a national status, an important recognition of our contribution to Tajikistan’s development . We expanded significantly our activities, reaching Gorno-Badakhshan, Khatlon Region, and many districts across the country. Over the years, we have changed the lives of hundreds of students: many have been admitted to leading international universities, discovered their potential, and inspired those around them.
Today, “Jurat” is launching its own IT parks offering unique IT learning materials and online education accessible to everyone—from young children to adults. We are also implementing advanced technologies to enhance early childhood education, creating opportunities for strong foundation in learning. Our programs develop essential skills that help individuals thrive in the modern world.
The most important thing is inspiration. We want everyone to know that theirdreams matter and their efforts have value.

He builds effective teamwork, establishes strong cooperation with partners and regional stakeholders, responds promptly to challenges, and makes decisions that drive the project’s growth and real impact.
His key mission is to turn strategy into a functioning product that is valuable for users and sustainable in the long term.

AI Development Manager
Valentina is responsible for the development of the artificial intelligence direction. Together with a team of methodologists, she develops materials that form the basis for training the language model, conducts its testing, and regulates processes within the development of the AI product. She demonstrates a responsible approach to her work and serves as a coordinating link between technical specialists and the methodological team.
