The city of Bokhtar has officially solidified its status as one of the nation’s technological leaders in the field of education. We are proud to announce today that the transition of all state general education institutions in the city to the eKhonish platform is 100% complete.
The project handover presentation was attended by the Chairman of the Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, heads of cities and districts within the region, and the founder of the Public Organization “Jurat,” S.Z. Khushvakhtov. This event serves as an exemplary model of how the state and civil society collaborate for a collective future—centered on education, knowledge, and opportunities for the youth.

Scale of Implementation in Figures
The launch in Bokhtar stands as a testament to the coordinated efforts between the implementation team and the city administration. We have successfully navigated the process from initial surveying to final server configuration.
Implementation Results:
• 20 Schools: All educational institutions in the city now operate within a unified digital ecosystem.
• 1,234 Teachers: Every educator has completed registration and gained access to a personal virtual account.
• 27,158 Students: Each student now possesses a personal account featuring a record of their academic achievements.
• 100% Mobility: Every teacher has been provided with a modern tablet equipped with configured internet access for use both in the classroom and at home.

What Does eKhonish Offer to Bokhtar Schools?
The educational process in the city is now more transparent and efficient than ever before. The eKhonish platform consolidates all essential data, making it accessible within a few clicks.
1. For Teachers: Eliminating Paper-Based Administrative Tasks
By utilizing the provided tablets and network access, educators can record grades and track attendance in real-time. Digital gradebooks automatically generate reports, freeing up time for the primary objective: instructing students.
2. For Students: Transparency and Motivation
Each of the 27,000 students in Bokhtar now maintains a digital record of their academic performance. The personal account displays grade trends, schedules, and homework assignments. This fosters accountability in children and helps them better monitor their progress.
3. For Parents: Continuous Supervision
Parents no longer need to wait for parent-teacher conferences to receive information regarding grades. All academic performance data is now displayed within the system, allowing for timely support of the child or assistance with challenging subjects.
From Initial Surveying to System Launch

The implementation process in Bokhtar was comprehensive. We did not merely install software; we established a complete infrastructure:
• Data Collection: Conducted detailed surveying of all staff and students.
• Technical Equipment: Provision of personal devices and connectivity for teachers.
• Training: Provided consultations on the eKhonish interface to ensure a rapid transition.
“Bokhtar has demonstrated an incredible readiness for change. When technology aligns with the desire of teachers and management to evolve, the results exceed expectations. We are pleased that the city’s 20 schools have now joined the eKhonish family”.
