As part of the eKhonish project implementation strategy, the first pilot district to adopt the system was chosen , the Yovon district in the Khatlon region. It was here that the practical stage of the digital transformation of education began, carried out by the Public Organization “Jurat” with the support of the Executive Body of State Power of the Khatlon Region and the Regional Education Department.

The initiative aims to cover 85 educational institutions, in which modern technical means will be installed, the Internet will be connected and access to the eKhonish digital platform will be provided. This stage will allow us to develop all of the key implementation mechanisms, including training school staff and supporting educational institutions in the transition to a digital management system.

The implementation of the pilot project in Yovon established a solid foundation for the large-scale distribution of eKhonish throughout the Khatlon region. Upcoming steps include connecting schools in other districts, developing the functionality of the system and integrating new services aimed at improving the quality of education and efficiencyadministration.

NGO “Jurat” regards the “eKhonish” project as a long-term program for modernizing the educational environment, which will unite schools, teachers and administrative structures of the region in a single digital space.
