ABOUT US
Welcome to “Jurat“, a public organization founded in 2016 by a group of passionate young activists in one of the mountainous villages of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAR). Our story is one of hope, faith, and perseverance.
It all began with a simple vision: to provide children and youth with access to knowledge that could transform their future. That vision marked the start of an extraordinary journey.
Theearly steps were challenging, but our team believed that knowledge could overcome any obstacle. “Jurat” became the first organization organization to bring educational courses directly to remote communities. We organized classes in schools, recruited qualified teachers, and launched programs to assist students obtain scholarships and grants for study abroad. In the beginning, our initiative covered 50 schools and engaged 50 teachers. Since then, we have travelled a long and inspiring path. In 2021, after re-registration, “Jurat” achieved a national status, an important recognition of our contribution to Tajikistan’s development . We expanded significantly our activities, reaching Gorno-Badakhshan, Khatlon Region, and many districts across the country. Over the years, we have changed the lives of hundreds of students: many have been admitted to leading international universities, discovered their potential, and inspired those around them.
Today, “Jurat” is launching its own IT parks offering unique IT learning materials and online education accessible to everyone—from young children to adults. We are also implementing advanced technologies to enhance early childhood education, creating opportunities for strong foundation in learning. Our programs develop essential skills that help individuals thrive in the modern world.
The most important thing is inspiration. We want everyone to know that theirdreams matter and their efforts have value.

Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in education and project management. Coordinator of a number of successful educational initiatives. Successfully manages the project digitalization of the education system in Khatlon region. Particular attention is paid to staff training and the introduction of digital tools in schools. Within the framework of the project, he is responsible for communication with regional education departments and ensures the effective work of the entire team.
Kulmakhmadova Farzona Gulmakhmadovna
Operations manager of the branch of the NGO “Jurat”
For four years, he has ensured the effective organization of daily processes and stable work of the team. Monitors the completion of tasks on time, helps distribute the load and finds simple, convenient solutions inany work situations. Highly organized, attention to detail and willingness to support colleagues.
Aidarbekova Zarrina Sarfarozovna
HR manager
Has experience in management and economics, but now focuses on development in the field of HR. In the team, she is responsible for selecting specialists, coordinating personnel processes and creating a comfortable working environment. He is distinguished by his attention to people, systematic approach and desire for professional growth.
Rakhimbekov Mahmud Navruzbekovich
Graphic and motion designer
Responsible for the development and implementation of motion graphics that support the visual identity of the project. Has experience in creating animated interfaces, titles and infographics, taking into account technical and stylistic requirements. Works closely with designers and video makers to ensure high quality visual content and its timely integration into the project.
Shirinov Khabibullo Abaidulloevich
Territory Manager
Responsible for coordinating workspecialists and achieving results in the assigned territory. Monitors the progress of the project, ensures compliance with deadlines and quality standards. Organizes training for teachers on the use of digital solutions and ensures the effective implementation of educational technologies in schools. Serves as a link between the central team and the region, quickly responding to emerging challenges and supporting schools at all stages of implementation.
Aidarbekov Shonazar Sarfarozovich
IT project manager
As part of the project, he performs the functions of an IT manager, responsible for the technical coordination of all digital processes: setting up and supporting server infrastructure, ensuring network security, deploying and maintaining websites and applications. He has a high level of technical competence and attention to detail, which allows him to quickly solve complex problems and ensure stable operation of the project’s digital environment.
Beknazarov Akmal Kishvarovich
Financial manager
Participates in budget planning and organization of current financial processes in the project. Provides support in preparing reporting documents and interacting with accounting department. Helps to structure financial information, ensures that documents are completed correctly and deadlines are met. In her work she combines organization, accuracy and understanding of the specifics of project activities.
